Indigo Arts Workshops (on-going throughout the year)
The weekly workshops are back and they are looking for new recruits for the following :
- Musicmaker Singing and Performance Workshops | Mondays. 6 - 11 year olds between 6 - 8pm. 12 - 18 year olds between 7 - 9pm
- Mini music Singing and Performance Workshops | Mondays. 4 - 6 year olds between 6 - 7pm
- O25 Community Singers for 25 years and over | Wednesdays. 7.30pm - 9.30pm
- Vocal Ink Creative Writing Workshops | every other Monday. 12pm
All events take place in the Arts Lab, Indigo Arts, Kingfisher Shopping Centre.

Littlewoods Knitting Group (on-going throughout the year)
Come along to learn the craft of knitting, crochet, tunisian crochet, broom stick lace, loom work and more. £1.50 per week including refreshments.

Rees Café are a community focused project in association with Rees - the care leaver's foundation. Rees provides support to anyone that has been in care or is care experienced.
Rees Café is the first community focused project associated with Rees - The Care Leavers Foundation. Their aim is to provide a local service for the community, by increasing awareness and fundraising within the local area. The Care Leavers Foundation also collect donated clothes for both men and women to give to to the local community for special occasions; interviews, weddings etc.

Big Band Christmas at Trinity High School, 10th December
The concert is being promoted by the Rotary Club of Redditch to raise funds for its local charity, Batchley Support Group, and features the award winning Midland Youth Jazz Orchestra (MYJO).
Tickets for the concert - £10 - can be purchased from The Music Shop at the Kingfisher.
Savings Hearts Foundation, Thursday 16th October
CPR & effective defibrillation can result in excess of 50% survival rate.
Saving Hearts Foundation will be at the Kingfisher on Thursday 16th October from 10am until 5pm. On the day, you can learn how to preform CPR and be awarded a certificate for your training! There will be visits from Doc McStuffin for the little ones to higlight that there nothing to be scared of. Donations will be greatly received as funds raised will help the charity purchase more defibrillators for our communities. Let's all take part and beat the record this year with the most amount of people trained on the day! #RestartAHeart #SavingLives

Couch to 5K, 9 Week course starting from 2nd September
Starting with a mix of running and walking to gradually build up your fitness and stamina, join the 9 week professionally-coached course to build up to running 5 kilometres!

Adult Learning Fayre - 8th September
Join Worcester County Council at the Adult Learning Fayre on the 8 September between 10.30am-3.30pm in Evesham Square, opposite JD Sports.
You will have the opportunity to speak to the partners about a wide range of courses that are on offer to adults FOR FREE* in the local community, funded by the Skills Funding Agency to support their health and well-being and also to improve their employment prospects. These organisations offer adult learning at entry levels for learners who would not necessarily have the confidence to return to a college environment so they bring the learning opportunities to their communities.
University of the Third Age - 10th September
If you're no longer working and want to learn and share skills and knowledge, join Redditch U3A in Millward Square on Monday 10 September to speak to the members who organise interest groups at minimal cost.

Age UK Hertfordshire & Worcestershire - 13th September
As we grow older, we face new challenges, and maybe even illness, loneliness or poverty. Join Age UK on 13 September in Evesham Square, opposite Primark, for the Veterans Wellcheck. The charity will answer your questions, offer support to the life & wellbeing of veterans in Worcestershire, and discuss the services provided by the charity.
