One Fit Mama returns to Studio One, here at Kingfisher! One Fit Mama Redditch holds exercise classes for Mum's at every stage of motherhood. Primark's in-store Recycling Scheme
Bring along your pre-loved clothes, footwear and bags from any brand in a bag in-store to Primark here at Redditch. All items will be recycled, nothing will go to landfill & ALL profits will go to UNICEF.

Tai Chi at Arrow Valley Park
Join Michelle at Arrow Valley Park for outdoor Tai Chi classes. Under current restrictions there will only be up to 5 participants per class and areas will be marked out to maintain social distancing. Classes are £3.50 per class. For further information, click here
Virtual Escape Sessions
Redditch borough council will be launching FREE virtual ESCAPE-pain sessions, starting from 27th July. Take part in two 1 hour long sessions per week with a qualified instructor from the comfort of your own home.
ESCAPE-pain sessions are proven to; reduce joint paiin, improve physical function andthe psychosocial consequences of pain and reduce healthcare and utilisation costs.
Virtual seated Exercise
Interactive seated exercise sessions are in full swing! It is not too late to join in and continue getting active at home. Join Gaynor at 10:30am every Wednesday via Zoom. Classes are £3 each

The most dangerous time for a survivor of #DomesticAbuse is when she is leaving or has just left her partner. If you want to support survivors share Refuge's Helpline number - the team are available 24 hours a day and will provide expert support. Together we can support women escape to safety. #YouAreNotAlone
