Primark Sensory Hour

Starting Saturday 16 May, Primark at Kingfisher will introduce a new weekly Sensory Hour from 9am–10am, giving customers a calmer and more comfortable shopping experience.

Created to support neurodiverse customers and anyone who benefits from a reduced-sensory environment, Sensory Hour will include:

• Reduced noise levels throughout the store

• Dimming the lighting where possible

• Limiting colleague announcements and avoidable distractions

This initiative is part of Primark’s ongoing commitment to creating more inclusive, accessible, and welcoming retail spaces for everyone.
