Do you love books, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a customer focused environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Bookseller to join our team at Waterstones.
Working 20.5 hours per week, your regular shifts will be:

As a Bookseller, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring bookshop. Whether you're recommending a great read, helping customers find the perfect gift, or keeping our shelves looking their best, you'll deliver excellent service every day.
What you'll be doing:

Providing outstanding customer service and book recommendations.

Maintaining attractive displays and well stocked shelves.

Processing deliveries and replenishing stock.

Operating the till and handling transactions accurately.

Helping to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for every customer.
We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Is reliable, organised and proactive.

Is flexible and happy to work weekends.
Retail experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
