Hours: Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of the store and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales performance, maintaining high store standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operation of the store
- Leading, motivating and developing team members
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Assisting with recruitment, training and performance management
- Monitoring sales performance and helping to achieve store targets
- Managing stock levels, merchandising and store presentation
- Opening and closing the store when required
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a retail environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
