The Fragrance Shop | Part Time Sales Assistant
Are you passionate about fragrance and love providing great customer service? We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join the team at The Fragrance Shop.
This is a 4-hour per week position, with the opportunity to work additional hours when available, making it a great role for someone looking for flexible part-time work.
As a Keyholder, you’ll play an important role in supporting the store team, helping to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Helping customers find the perfect fragrance
- Processing sales and operating the till
- Replenishing stock and maintaining an attractive store
- Supporting with opening and closing the store as a Keyholder
- Following company procedures and maintaining high standards
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and when additional hours are available
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Comfortable taking on Keyholder responsibilities
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ideally experienced in retail or customer service, although full training will be provided
Hours: 4 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours
