Key responsibilities

  • To oversee the day-to-day operation of the store
  • Manage and lead sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • maintain inventory/stock levels
  • Achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience (management role preferred)
  • Strong leadership / communication skills
  • Handle customer enquiries / resolve issues
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in sales and stock management
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Sales Assistant

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash register
  • Maintain store organisation and cleanliness
  • Stock shelves assist with inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience is preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing and customer focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
