Being at the heart of the local community we are committed to ensuring all our guests enjoy their experience of shopping with us and offer a range of services for people with disabilities.

There is lift access to all car parks fitted with emergency alarms and low level buttons. Our entrances have either automatic doors or none for easy access and assistance dogs are always welcome to the centre.

Disabled Toilets

Our disabled toilets are free of charge and controlled by radar keys. To gain access to the toilets, please enquire at the Customer Service Desk located next to Boots. The disabled toilets can be found in Evesham Walk (Opposite H&M) and Kingfisher Walk (opposite Burger King). For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilets, should you need it.

Disabled parking

In 2017, we created wider parking bays in Car Park 2 on levels 2, 3, 4, 10 & 12 for your convenience and comfort. Now that cars are bigger and more families are wanting to experience shopping trips with us, we want your journey to be worthwhile. Disabled parking bays can be located in all of our Car Parks.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard scheme

Supporting Purple Tuesday's campaign, the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard scheme is an initiative designed to act as a discreet sign that somebody has a hidden disability. These lanyards are universally recognised and can be taken and worn by people with hidden disabilities to signal that help may be required. Sunflower lanyards are available to collect from Guest Services, near Boots.

We have a wide range of customer service facilities to make shopping easier. Shopmobility can be found in Car Park 3. Shopmobility is not open on Sundays, however wheelchairs are available from our Customer Service Desk. Please see our Customer Service Desk located next to Boots for more details. For further information, please contact Shopmobility on 01527 69922.

Quiet Hour

Kingfisher, Redditch understands busy crowds and loud noises can be overwhelming and daunting for some guests. In light of this, we will hold one quiet hour for children during every family event we run, for details please see our News & Events page for all our upcoming events.

The Entertainer run a quiet hour by switching off music and loud demo products in store for the first hour of opening every Saturday.
