Mall units (RMUs)

The Kingfisher Shopping Centre has 8 mall units (RMUs) available for hire in our malls. You can rent a unit for a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 6 months. All units are located in key prime trading areas throughout the shopping centre.

Rents are as follows:

  • Jan-March - £300 + VAT per week
  • April-October - £350 + VAT per week
  • November - £450 + VAT per week
  • December - £550 + VAT per week
