Shop mobility

Shopmobility provides accessible shopping for those who need it and Kingfisher is pleased to support the shopmobility scheme, unlocking the many access barriers faced by people with a disability (permanent or temporary), through the provision of mobility equipment. We have a wide range of customer service facilities to make shopping easier:

Disabled Parking

Disabled Parking is provided in our car park; we have 24 spaces on the ground level and 9 on level 3

Disabled Toilets

Disabled toilets - these are located in the corridor next to M&S off Union Arcade. View our map to locate.

Manuel Wheelchairs

These can be hired from Shopmobility located in Car Park 3. A limited number of manual wheelchairs are also available for free hire from the Customer Information desk in The Mall. Two forms of identification are required.

Motorized Wheelchairs.

Motorised wheelchairs and walking frames can be hired from Shopmobility in Car Park 3. View our online map.
