Shopmobility provides accessible shopping for those who need it and Kingfisher is pleased to support the shopmobility scheme, unlocking the many access barriers faced by people with a disability (permanent or temporary), through the provision of mobility equipment. We have a wide range of customer service facilities to make shopping easier:
Disabled Parking is provided in Car Park 1 on level 9 and in Car Park 4 on levels 6 and 10.
Disabled toilets can be found at various points throughout the centre - off Evesham Walk, Kingfisher Walk and Walford Walk. See map for locations
These can be hired from Shopmobility located in Car Park 3. Two forms of identification are required, one of which must show your address.
Motorized wheelchairs and walking frames can be hired from Shopmobility located in Car Park 3.
